Meet Our Founder, Trish!
Hey! I’m Trish Beeman and I started HomeExit because I saw an opportunity for investors to re-capitalize without the long disposition timelines that are currently standard in the industry. In my work with large investment groups, I kept hearing people talk about the challenges when it comes to selling. And so many of the hurdles link back to one main challenge: local expertise. As I thought about that, I realized that there is a way to give that to sellers, Enter, HomeExit.
Working with real estate investors has been a long-time passion of mine. I grew up watching my dad build a small portfolio of rental homes. So, when I left my journalism career, working in real estate became a natural next step. I helped investors build portfolios in the local Atlanta market after the 2008 downturn. And during the investment boom, 2019-2022, I led acquisitions for large institutional clients with Renters Warehouse.
This business is important to me because I’ve seen firsthand how speed, efficient systems and robust communication can revolutionize a scaled business.
